As lon6 as this building stands, it will stand ss a sort of monument to ia�k of maintenance, deterioration and wlnerability to vandalism such ns the mali^ious setting of fires. If this building were to become involved in f_re, it wouid be extremely dangerous *^ the firefighters bec¢use of the possiLility of col- lapse of walls, ceilings or both. is was pointed out during the incpecticn tour a year ago, the terrain unon which this building is cituated and the unusual construction would make ihis ai: out- standingly difficul.t fire to fight.
