August 12, 1974 <br />5217 South 2r.3 Street <br />Plumhir.g <br />� First Floor - Unvented fixtures, waste lines pulled apart <br />by building settlen=nt. <br />Basenent - Prop�ne o;ater heat�r ::as no relief valve. Unvented <br />fixtures, bro;:en ann open waste lines. <br />Sub-basement - O�en drain running onto grouad, brcken and open <br />waste lines. <br />Gpper floor uras not checked at this time. Recon�end that the <br />entire building be replumbed from ground up for intended use. <br />Electrical <br />Service equipment no lonaer complies with the electrical code. <br />Wou1d have to be renewed both 3 phase and single phase. <br />Conduit runs that are still intact from box to box and have <br />not been altered may be re-used. <br />All non-code wiring will have to be removed. <br />Plans for use of the building along with the load requirements <br />will have to be submitted. Cannot state at this time all that <br />would be required. <br />Str.uctural ' <br />To utilize building, which has three stories and long crawl <br />space area, the building would hava to be brought up to code <br />whi.ch would b� a one hcc� builcing. All other requirenents <br />subject to ccc•�panc•�. The baildir.g would be classified as <br />structurally deteriorated. <br />
