� <br />ODD FELLOWS HALL <br />STATUS REPORT <br />FEBRUARY 13, 1475 <br />On January 29,'1975, the Everett City Council ordered the owner <br />to remove certain hazards to the public, and to properly secure <br />the structure at 5217 South 2nd Street. Immediately after this <br />Coimcil Order I as ed Mr. I�anTey tio contact me within the next <br />to:c days so that we could discuss the work to be done. On <br />January 31, 1975, I contacted Mr. Manley, and met with him at <br />the Odd Fellows Hall on that date. A copy of the enclosed guide- <br />line was handed to Mr. Manley and it was also read to him. He <br />had no disagreement at that time. <br />Daily inspections of the site have been made and we have observed <br />that no attempt has been made to secur.e the building or correct <br />the hazardous walkwa}�. , <br />Mr. Manley obtained a permit to do the work on February 3, 1975. <br />This permit was issued without charge. <br />A copy of the gnideline was mailed to Mr. Platis, on February 4, <br />1975. <br />Ouz last inspection of the building o�as made on February 13, <br />1975. At that ti��e the structure was open to the public, <br />and no repairs had been made. <br />
