Public Works Director/City City of Everett 3200 Cedar Street Everett, WA 98201 Re: Dear Mr. Theal: Engineer US Sprint Buried Fiber Optic Project Seattle - Spokane On May 22, 1987 we wrote to your department regarding the proposed route in the City of Everett for US Sprints buried fiber optic cable. Since that time it has become necessary to reroute the cable on Burlington Northern right of way to Lenora Street, thence westerly on Lenora Street- to 2nd Avenue and then northerly on 2nd Avenue for approximately one and a half blocks to the Everett Regen. Station coming back out from the Regen. Station will follow the same route until we reach the Burlington Northern on Lenora Street and from there proceed across the Burlington Northern tracks and down the right of way of the Lowell River Road. Enclosed please find the route detail maps for this alignment. After review and comments on acceptance of proposed route, would you please send me the necessary application forms and your requirements.
