WASHINGTOH <br />Billings, Montana 59104 90201 <br />Subject: U.S. Sprint Buried Cable in the <br />Lowell Area of the City of Everett <br />Dear Mr. Warren: <br />The Public Works Department has completed its review of the proposed route and <br />plans for installation of the Sprint buried cable. In general, the location <br />of the cable is acceptable to the City. However, there are some modifications <br />to the plans necessary before th_a permit can be issued. They are as follows: <br />1. Show existing water and sewer mains and services as noted on marked up <br />plans. A copy of our utility charts have been provided to assist you <br />in doing this. <br />2. Show a cross -sectional view of the cable trench and encasement. <br />3. Note on plans that controlled density fills (i.e. soil -cement) will be <br />used on all street crossings and replacement of roadway section shall <br />be done per City Standard #316 (enclosed). <br />We have enclosed a Public Works Permit Application that needs to be filled out <br />and returned to our office along with the corrected version of your plans. <br />The permit fee for this job will be $115.
