Existing off -site sources include automobile and truck traffic on adjacent roadways, train traffic on nearby railroad rights -of -way, farm machinery on adjacent agricultural prop- erties, and small plane traffic from nearby Harvey Airfield. These sources will not affect the proposed project during construc- tion or operation. 2) What types and levels of noise would be created by or associated %ith the project on a short-term or a long-term basis (for example: traffic, construction, operation, other)? Indicate what hours nois(! would come from the site. Construction equipment will cause short-term, temporary increases in sound levels. Proj- ect -related increases in sound levels are not expected to be significant relative to exist- ing background sound levels. Installation activities will take place during daylight working hours (typically 0700 to 1800 hours).
