TO: Tim Tyler, Building Dept. <br />FROM: Mary Cunningham, Planning <br />Subject: SPRINT Building in Lowell <br />Date: May 12, 1988 <br />I have reviewed SPRINT's plans and have no major concerns. I am <br />discussing the landscaping plan with the Applicant and may make some <br />minor changes. One of the conditions of the DNS is that no permits <br />for the proposal be issued until a Shoreline Permit is obtained for <br />the utility lines coming into the building. It's expected that the <br />Shoreline permit will be issued in approximately 2 or 3 weeks. <br />Please go ahead and review the Building plans so that the permit can <br />be issued as soon as the Shoreline permit is obtained. The <br />Shoreline permit will not change any of the conditions of the <br />building approval. <br />Thank you. <br />
