This area is zoned B-1 Neighborhood Business. The City of <br />Everett Zoning Code section 19.30 General Corr�mercial Zone C-1 allows <br />contractor's offices and building storage yard. <br />Sinc� the activity is allowed in the C-1 zone and not permitted in B-1, a <br />contractor's offic� is a non-conforming use in a B-1 zone. <br />Conclusion: Star Home Improvement is therefore a legal non-conforming use which <br />can continue to operate in accordance with Zoning Code section L9.56 <br />Nonconforming Uses. <br />
