This permit will remain valid until September 23, 1999. If work is begun within that <br />time period, the permic may be muntuned in an active sta�us by requesting inspeccion a� leazt <br />once each 180 days to documenc progress. If work ceases for more than 180 days, the permit <br />will expire; the Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permic shall be extended more than <br />once.
