An inspection on June 22, 1987, and a follow � <br />inspection on June 29, 1987, indicated that the structure has been partially <br />demolished and has been abandoned in its present condition. <br />The building, in its present condition, constitutes a substandard structure <br />pursuant to Sec. 202 of the UnifoTm Housing Code, and a dangerous building <br />pursuant to Sec. 302 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous <br />Buildings. <br />Your irtmediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
