Brill, Sr. <br />August 12, 1985 <br />Page Two <br />5206 South 2�d <br />Violations noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code: <br />All vital systems, electrical, plumbing and heating have been <br />destroyed. <br />There is trash and garbage throughout the structure. <br />Doors and windows are broken. <br />There is deterioration throughout the structure. <br />Transients are using the building. <br />The struct�re is an attractive nuisance to childrei; living in <br />the neighborhood. <br />Violations �oted pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous <br />Buildin9s: <br />The structure is unsafe for habitable purposes. <br />The structure exists and is maintained in violation of the <br />Uniform Nousing Code as adopted by the City of Evcrett. <br />The structure is an attractive nuisance to children and a <br />harbor for vagrants. <br />Since the building is presently uninhabitable in its present condition, it <br />shall remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accor- <br />dance with the current Building Code or demolished. <br />
