I received a call from you stating that the roof of this residence, which you <br />are renting, is leaking and causing problems. When asked if you current with your rent, you <br />indicated that you were not but would do so the following week. <br />I advised you of the State Landlord/Tenant Act which requires tenants to be current in their <br />rent at all times. Because of this law, I make it a policy to refrain from taking action on a <br />complaint, unless the situation is considered dangerous. LJnder the circumstances, I informed <br />you that I would talk with the owner about the leaky roof. I proceeded to call Mr. Frank Snare <br />but connected with a recorder. I left a message stating who I was, my reason for wanting to <br />talk with him, then left my phone number. On October 31st I had not heard form Mr. Snare <br />so 1 called again.
