On October 28Th. I received a call from you stating that the roof of this residence, which you are renting, is leaking and causing problems. When asked if you current with your rent, you indicated that you were not but would do so the following week. I advised you of the State Landlord/Tenant Act which requires tenants to be current in their rent at all times. Because of this law, I make it a policy to refrain from taking action on a complaint, unless the situation is considered dangerous. LJnder the circumstances, I informed you that I would talk with the owner about the leaky roof. I proceeded to call Mr. Frank Snare but connected with a recorder. I left a message stating who I was, my reason for wanting to talk with him, then left my phone number. On October 31st I had not heard form Mr. Snare so 1 called again.
