The <br />property is legally described as: <br />Lots G and 7, Block 42, Smith's 1" Addition to Lowell <br />Snohomish County Tax Parccl Number: 5784-042-006-00-07 <br />An cxterior inspection of thc acccssory building, the garage, situated on the above described property <br />was conductcd on Maroh 10, 1999. During the inspection several deficiencies were noted pursuant to thc <br />Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous IIuildings as adopted by the City of Everett. These <br />deficiencies are considered sufficient to declare the building to be substandard and may cndanger the life, <br />limb, health, property, safety or wel(arc of the occupants or the public in accordnnce with the Uniform <br />Code for thc Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br />Speci(ically, the structure has safety and structural deficiencies with a garage roof. Beams and rafters <br />appear deteriorated, and the sheathing and shin�les are broken missing and deteriorated. <br />Your immcdiate attention is required in corrccting these conditions. Please advise this o�ce �vithin 10 <br />(ten) days ot your reccipt of this Ietter with a plan ot action to accomplish this.
