In raponse to a request by <br />Don Krazsin, the above referenced permit hu been extended for 180 dsys. This permit will <br />remain valid until November 4, 1998. If work is begun within that time period, the permit <br />may be main:ained in an active status by requesting inspection at ltut once euh 180 days to <br />document progress. If work ceues for more than 180 days, the permit will expire; the <br />Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permit shall be extended more than once.
