These permitswill remain valid until November 12, 1999. If wcrk is begun within <br />that time period, the permiu may be mtintuned in an active stuus by requesting inspection at <br />least once each 1R0 days to document progress. If work ceues for more than 180 days, the <br />permits will expire; the Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permit shall be extended <br />more than once.
