PUBLIC /lf VACS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Frank Marshall <br />FROM: Tim Tyler <br />DATE: February 22, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: 4205 S 3rd A V''. <br />A new tenant will be moving into this building with a new business license. <br />The use will initially be B-1 Repair Garage requiring no open flame, welding or use of <br />Class 1, 11 or 111-A liquids. <br />The space is an existing non -conforming B-1 facility, hence no change of use. <br />Eventually, the tenant will use the northern bay for welding (N-4). Tammy Ethier, <br />owner, has been informed that prior to this use the following is required: <br />1. Complete drywall one -hour separation (wall and ceiling) <br />2. Installation of one -hour door assembly <br />3.
