Ted Budden <br />From: Ted Budden <br />Sent: Tuesday, September 15, 2015 1:52 PM <br />To: Donald Cunningham <br />Subject: 4205 South 3rd <br />Don, <br />Thank you for the opportunity to conduct an inspection of the building located a14205 South 3rd Ave this morning, here <br />is a report on my observations. <br />This building was permitted and approved for manufacturing use with associated office space and restroom. <br />It has been explained to me by you that the office portion of the building has been used for dwelling purposes at some <br />time recently without approval and in violation of code. <br />Said residential alteration and use of the structure was not observed during the inspection today.
