Galvanized fitting on kitchen sink waste. <br />2. Open fitting in laundry waste and not vented. <br />3. No air chambers. <br />4, s" water service - branches are under size. <br />5. Water closet wet- vented. <br />6. Bath tub not vented. <br />7. No clean out on stack. <br />8.
