These <br />comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by <br />other departments (such as Utilities. Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform <br />Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code <br />1995 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />All braced wall panels (BWP) and alternate braced wall panels (ABWP) shall be clearly <br />marked on the plans. Show location of all hold downs on foundation plan. <br />2. Section view call out #1 D.F. header, elevation shows glue laminated beam. Specify <br />species and grade of header. Specify header at 8'-0" door. <br />4. Specify on plans "anchor bolts @ 48" O.C. and within 12" of each end of each piece. <br />7" min. embedment." <br />5. Maintain min. 6' clearance of wood to earth.
