He asked me to leave you this note requesting <br />zC <br />y y <br />that you be available at 3:00 today to testify at the hearing. <br />z <br />o cn <br />a Terry then asked me to transfer him to Bob Landles, which I did. <br />He mentioned subpoena. I told him I felt he hadn't allowed enough time <br />(...�' for such a procedure.
