An inspection of the area has revealed several deficiencies and clolations pursuant to City Ordinances. Some of those violations are listed below: There is trash and debris scattered throughout the premises. 2. There are vehicles on the property which appear to be inoperative. In accordance with Ordinance No. 869-82 it is a criminal offense to maintain such vehicles on private property. 3. The building is illegally occupied. Enclosed are cooies of the Rubbish Ordinance and excerpts from Ordinance No. 869-82 regarding the vehicles. As for the building being occupied, you were contacted on October 4, 1973 by Kenneth Callahan regarding occupancy of the structure. You informed Mr. Callahan that you were aware that no one was to occupy the structure and no one was living there. You indicated that you were only painting at that time. Mr. Callahan notified you of the necessity of obtaining building, plumbing and electrical permits to perform the necessary work to bring the building into compliance with the codes for occupancy. At that time Mr. Callahan reposted the structure as "Illegal to Occupy".
