OF CAROL CITY Of oEVs Dept. <br />LIVELY, TERRY SId1TEN, MARK SULLIVAN, <br />public Works Dept. <br />AND JOANNE WILDMAN APPEAL /11-89 <br />DECISION: The appeal is granted and the Certification of a Non-Conforaing <br />Use/Building under City Zoning Code (ENC 19.56) is hereby <br />withdrawn. <br />On October 26, 1989, pursuant to the provisions of EMC 19.56, Paul Roberts, <br />Director of Planning & Community Development, issued a Certification of a <br />Non -Conforming Use/Building for property located at 4228 South Third Avenue, <br />Everett, Washington. On November 6, 1989, an addendum to this approval was <br />issued. The addendum set forth the maximum number of employees allowed to <br />work at the site. On November 6, 1989, the above named appellants filed an <br />appeal of the October 26, 1989, administrative decision of Mr. Robert's. The <br />appeal effectively included appeal of the November 6, 1989, addendum. <br />On December 19, 1989, a hearing on the appeal was held.
