The underneath portion of thc roof H•as not inspected due to <br />inaccessibility of the attic space. An cxterior inspection <br />of the roof area revcaled inadequatc ventilation for the attic. <br />Also, insulation was protnding on cither side of the �tructure <br />at the eaves. <br />Proper protection from the clements is required as well as adequatc <br />ventilation. <br />Information on building permits and electrical permits to a�complish this <br />work may be obtained from thc 6uilding Inspection Division, 259-87�t,, and <br />all corrections must meet the present building and electrical codes. Upon <br />completion of the correction work and after the final inspection is made by <br />the Buiiding lnspection Division, please call the Ilousing Inspector, <br />259-5745, fur your Ilousing Code Compliance Cert?fication. <br />Yours truly, <br />ALFRGD R.
