Relocate existing hot water tank in <br />downstairs laundry area. Install fiberglass insulation <br />blankets on both hot watec tanks. <br />Install new two piece fiberglass tub/shower units in <br />upstairs and downstairs baths. install vanity/lav units <br />in each bath, (see item 8). Reset existing W.C.'s in <br />each bath as necessary.
