A check with the City Clerk's Office indicates that you have failed to apply for a business license after being notified by phone and by mail that a license is required for conduct- ing a business within the City limits. After a review of the City zoning map it is noted that your residence is located in an R-2 Single Family Residential zone. An inspection of the area revealed the following violations: 1. There is noise and sawdust being emitted during the cutting of the wood. 2. Wood being sold is piled up on the premises. No product_ shall be displayed or sold on the premises. 3. Wood is being distributed from the premises creating excessive truck traffic and parking problems. In view of the violations noted above, you are in direct conflict with the City Zoning Ordinance. Therefore, you are directed tc cease conducting your firewood business at 4316 South 3•d Avenue, Everett, and relocate your business to a zone compatible for this type of business. If you relocate the business within the City of Everett, a business license will be required.
