Knutson <br />1305 Franklin CINHALL � zs29145 <br />EYEREZ <br />Las Vegas, Nevada 89104 .WESNIN8201 <br />INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Dear Mr. Knutson: <br />Snohomish County records indicate that ,you are still the owner <br />of some property,legally described as: <br />Plat of Lowell Division "A", Block 7, Lots 29 thru 32, <br />situated in the County of Snohomish, City of Everett, <br />Washington. <br />In 1980 this department received a copy of a letter from you <br />indicating that you wanted the person or persons using the property <br />described above to vacate the property and clear it up. A copy <br />of that Letter is enclosed. <br />'This department received another complaint concerning the pro- <br />perty and wood being hauled onto the property, being cut then <br />sold for firewood. An inspection of the property was made on <br />October 27, 1983 and I oliserved the entire property filled with <br />wood stacked six feet or higher. <br />The City of Everett would like to know if you have given permission <br />for the property to be used in such a manner. <br />Neighbors in the area are complaining about the trucks hauling <br />the wood in and out of the property and the noise created from <br />the cutting of the wood. <br />Please advise this office of your status in this matter. <br />You may call Area Code 206-259-8745 or write to Marian Dent, <br />Everett Building department, 3002 Wetmore, Everett WA 98201. <br />Yours truly, <br />L.
