W..M „GTGM <br />Everett, WA 98203 90201 <br />Dear Mr. Walsh: <br />The City of Everett has received several complaints regarding your <br />woodcutting business at the corner of 43rd and 4th Avenue S.E., Lots <br />29-32, Block 7, Plat of Lowell, Division A. This property is zoned R-2, <br />Single Family High Density Residential and business use is not permitted <br />in that zone (see enclosed section from Everett Municipal Code (E.M.C.), <br />Chapter 19.16). <br />In addition, outdoor storage of wood, equipment, debris, and vehicles is <br />not permitted in this zone. <br />You are hereby ordered to remove all wood, equipment, debris and vehicles <br />from said property by July 31, 1985, or be issued a citation for <br />violations of E.M.C. Ch?pter 19.16. See enclosed E.M.C.
