According to Snohomish County Assessor's records the single- <br />family residence was constructed pr�or to February 6, 1962. <br />The single-family residence fails lo meet the required five-(oot (5') interior side setback <br />(rom the southern property line, as well as !he required twenty-foot (20') (ront setback <br />irom the eastern property line. <br />There is an existing 12' x 3' enclosed porch cn the north side of lhe building. �t appears <br />that this structure was budt, and later improv-::d, after date of annexation into the Citv <br />limits. This structure cannot be recognizec as !egal nonconforming. All additions m the <br />main residence will need lo comply with the setbacks as eslablished above.
