The owner of this properly has projects that remain in violation. <br />The record shows numerous efforts by our department to have the owner bring the property into compliance in a <br />voluntary manner. <br />It would please me to see the owner receive the mandatory treatment via code enforcement as he has obviously <br />determined that ignoring the issues seems to be working. <br />The record can be reviewed at CRWN W0011-004 <br />Comments? <br />Ted Budden <br />
