The dwelling unit does not <br />meet the east twenty foot front setback. The applicant's site plan shows the dwelling unit setback fifteen feet <br />from the cast front lot line with the front porch setback nine feet from the front lot line. The Applicant <br />provided evidence from Snohomish County Assessor's Records and a 1955 Aerial Photograph. <br />Decision: I hereby find that the above described non -conformities were established prior to zoning code <br />regulations for the subject property.
