It shall keep all the accounts of said District and make nil collections of water rates of horetnbefore provided. 2—The money received by the City of Everett from water rsto collections chill be retained by said City and shall Uo accounted for ns follows: First: From said funds Everett shall meet all of the operating ex cases of said District, except for Principal and interest upon, nnd sinking funds for the retirement of any bads issued by the District Second: A depreciation account shall be created amounting to five per cent (67e) annually upon the capitaand tAvo l invest- sent ler centth 27e,)}annu lly utpon�the capital invs�tment of the �Loaell l\Voter District pvhich rs hsent and reereby agreed eo have�on lwater value of $02,000A0.
