N,r, Piazza stated he had measured 120' co che :7ortl� from these tuo property corners to establish what he thought to be the Souch R/W nf 49th SC. It ttae now been established that Lot 1t2, Block 6 of plan of the Town of Lowell. tias been subdivided into two 30' lots and that is where the rebar property corner and the whiCe marker property corner are located thus making house at 4902 to te on all Lot i�l and tdorth half of Lot ii2, total frontage on South 3rd St. of 90'. On the afternoon of 6/21/76, I accompanied D. Blodgett and check chained from the North lot line of Lot llA, Block 15, Town of Lowell to the centerline of Eu�;ene SL, and Soutli 3rd, then to centerline of Biglow and South 3rd, then to centcrlinc of 49th St, and South 3rd. Al1 distances checked.
