When looking at the 2004 inspec�ions by N1ike Nuhta, comment <br />?r7 stated the minimum height o( the slceping room to be 7'-0". �s the permit was for ihe (irst (loor <br />�onversion into habitable space, I believe that conunent to 6e in regards to the room in the fir st tloor <br />that does not have minimum height and nol lhe attic rooms. The IPMC applies lo ALL existing slructures in lhe City, resdential and nonresidential.
