When looking at the 2004 inspec�ions by N1ike Nuhta, comment <br />?r7 stated the minimum height o( the slceping room to be 7'-0". �s the permit was for ihe (irst (loor <br />�onversion into habitable space, I believe that conunent to 6e in regards to the room in the fir st tloor <br />that does not have minimum height and nol lhe attic rooms. It is clear to me that lhe inspert on <br />� umment� are directed to lhe permit that was taken out and not ihe remainder of the strutturn <br />r1L,n an errur was found on Mr. Heilman's review le�ter ofJune �3". 7he sentente that statcs "'Plr:�t�� I;,� <br />a:.�are that because bedrooms 10 and ] 1 cannot be used as habitable rooms the number of u�cupan;s <br />��Ilu�ved (]1� pursuant to Second Amended Reasonable Accommodation dated March 31, Z014 may not <br />!m �rvised" shauld state that the number ot occupants pennitted pursuant to the aaommodation "n�ay <br />nrrd to I�e revised." <br />�s to thr. requesl for relie� from ceiling heights - neither the rooms nor thc hallway leading tu ih:: ioonu <br />in the allic have the minimum verlical height as required hy the 2012 Inlernational Property <br />h-taintenance code (IPMC) as adopted by Ihc City af Everett, Chapler 16.005 EMC. <br />The IPMC and its minimum ceiling height provision have been part of the Everett Mun�cipal Code s�nc�� <br />2010. The IPMC applies lo ALL existing slructures in lhe City, resdential and nonresidential.
