I <br />expect he will be contactinp, Public Works possibly roday to verify his permit f;istory and possibly to apply (or Heasonable <br />Acmmmodation. <br />Thanks Ted and Steve and Tr resa for your help and direction. <br />Don <br />NOiES: <br />Wiliiarns cailed back about 4 p.m. I explained I had receive� reports the residence is bein� nperated as a Rooming <br />House, that the required Kitchen Covenant was never cnmpleted for the 2004 permit covering the installation of a 2nd <br />kitchen and G srorage rooms, furiher that the permit ind cated there was only one bedroom in the basement - yet his <br />tenant now told me he has 3 bedrooms in the basement. <br />Williams told me this 2004 permit for the Lowell property occurred about [he same time the City forced his alteration of <br />a property at 14Ih and Walnut - that the Ciry knew he was moving the Clean and Sober from one location to another, <br />and Ihat the permit aliowed him to increase the room count in ?he house tu 11 bedroorns (based on Williams memory). <br />Williarns did tell me he never signed the Kitchen Covenant because he disagreed wiih iL He claims no alteration lias <br />happened since (inal inspection in 2004. <br />Williams said he had been Ihrough all this before .vith the City, that hc feels he is L�eing harassed and Ihat the Crty is <br />discriminating against the disabled persons livin�; Ihere �y limiting Ihe o[[upancy.
