NI o( the slceping rooms in Ihe house are provided with hasp and lock hardware. This is a violation of IPb1C cede <br />sections 304.15 and 702.3 as well as IRC code section 311.2. ,' <br />2. It was observed that zome smoke alarms are not provided in all^required IocaLons as outlined in the code, ihis u a <br />violation of IPMC code section 704.2. <br />3. It appears that seven sleeping rooms have been created at the basement level of this house. These rooms lack code <br />compliani emergency escape openings as required by code. IPMC Section 702.4 and IRC settion R3101 <br />All of these listed conditions are violations that rompromise the safety of the occupants of this bui!ding. eased on these <br />observations this building is an Unsafe Structure as defined by code.
