W1fNINGTON <br />•exw <br />IM{/[CTIOM OV�PTMENT <br />Please refer to buildina permit number 19567 to move in two <br />sic,gle family dwellings and convert to a two family dwelling <br />at the above referenced location. <br />Your attention is invited to Section 302(d) of the 1973 Uniforri <br />Building Code which reads in part: <br />Every pernit issued by the Building Official under the <br />provi�ions of t�is code shall exoire by limitation an3 <br />become null and void, if the building or work authorized <br />by such permit is not commenced within 120 days from thc <br />date of such permit, or if the building or work authorized <br />by such permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after <br />t}�e work is commenced for a period of 120 days. <br />Recent inspections indicate that no work has taken place since <br />the issuance of this permit. <br />Therefora, in accordance with this provision, you are advi_sed <br />that chis perr,iit has expired as of Decenber 5, 1975, and no <br />further work shall take place until a new permit has been <br />issued pursuant to Section 302(d).oE the Uniform Building Code. <br />Zf you desire to continue with your project you must obtain <br />another building permit. If the permit is not renewed within <br />10 days we wili consider that you h,ve abandoned the structures <br />and we will proceed with formal abatmerit procedures for the <br />building as set forth in Section 203 of the Buildi�g Code. <br />
