Your attention is invited to Section 302(d) of the 1973 Uniforri Building Code which reads in part: Every pernit issued by the Building Official under the provi�ions of t�is code shall exoire by limitation an3 become null and void, if the building or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within 120 days from thc date of such permit, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after t}�e work is commenced for a period of 120 days. Recent inspections indicate that no work has taken place since the issuance of this permit.
