Such street improvements shall not be limited to <br />the half street abutting the property; for exnmple, tvhere no per- <br />mnnent street improvement existed, the street improvement shnll be <br />extended beyond the centerline n sufficient distance (10 ft, minimum) <br />to permit safe movement of trnffic. <br />L <br />� <br />
