This <br />variance allows construction o,` a duplex dwelling on Lot 3, <br />B1ocY. 24, Town o` Lowell, or approximately 530II Thiru Avenue, <br />City of Everett. <br />Under �verett Building Code 13.16.050 F, normal entrance for <br />off-street parking would be from the adjacent alley.
