� <br />`� <br />Code C <br />INSPECTION REPORT <br />An inspection was conducted, on March 17, 1999, at 4201 S 4th Avc on thc Unit A and <br />Unit B. The following deficiencics were found: <br />Unit A <br />No GFI outlets in the bathrooms. <br />Electrical short in doorUell transComier. <br />Exterior light at front door does not operate. <br />Plooring is dctcriorated in downstairs bathroom. <br />Moisture is seeping in the patio door. <br />Unit B <br />Exterior light by front door does not operate. <br />Storagc of flammaUle and hazardous chemicals for a commercial business in the garage. <br />Ex;crior For Both Units <br />The decks, stairs and railings on both units are detcrioratcd and strucwrally unsound. <br />The rear of the properiy has excessive vegetation, bramhles, junk and debris. <br />There is an underground bee's nest in the rear yard causing a safety concem. <br />A��isit to the property on May 19, 1999 indicated that none of the above concerns were <br />addressed. <br />VIOLATION CITAI'ION - <br />V'GHICLGS (1011 S;9S) <br />
