Your reply <br />indicated that you had en. -aged Mr. John Schneider to <br />remove the house and old trees. As of this date Mr. <br />Schneider has not applied for a demolition permit <br />nor have we been able to determine when he intends to <br />commence demolition. <br />Since this department considers the conditions which <br />exist on the property to be extremly hazardous, and <br />since we have allowed amole time for you to correct <br />these conditions, we have no choice but to enforce our <br />unsafe building code unless action is initiated with - <br />In 15 days. <br />We would aocreciate your immediate attention to this <br />matter to avoid farther proceedings, and to inform <br />this office immediately with respect to your lntQntions. <br />Yours truly <br />Frank Woltring <br />Building Inspector <br />FW:eb <br />CC: Hills Collins, Fire Mqrshall <br />
