April 2, 1969 <br />Mr. Jack Knudson <br />1305 Franklin Avenue <br />Las Vegas) Nevada <br />Dear Sir: <br />The structures located on the property at 4301 4th Street, Everett, Washington, <br />have become extremely dilapidated and a potential hazard. The bu:IdinF 3 open <br />and accessible to children and a possible harbor for vagrants. <br />The accumulatiot) of old clothes, magazines, etc. that was left in the house is <br />scattered about the entire floor space, including the attic space.
