PUCET SOUYO INTERNATIONAL RAILWAY AND POWER CO., LESSEE NOTICE TO PLUMBERS AND APPLICANTS FOR WATER Before any connection can be made, either with the mains or with service pipes attached to the mains, for family use, water closets, bath tubs, hose bibs, or any other fixture for the supply and use of [cater, application must be made by the owner or occupant of the premises and permission given to the plumber for executing the work, on blank forms furnished at the office of this Company. Should the connection be made in advance of or without such application or permission, the water will be shut off frcm the premises and the plumber de- barred from the execution of any work whereby the water may be drawn from the mains. Before a service connection is made by this Company from its mains to the curb it will be necessary for the applicant for water to lay his pipes from a point one foot inside of curb line to a point inside of his property line, and in accord - once with 0 rules and regulations of this Company. No person shall place a tap in a yard or common area of any premises for any other purpose than that of sprinkling or irrigation, and no top for such purpose shall be so placed as to be accessible to persons living on or occupying neighbor- ing premises. Water shall not be allowed to pass to taps placed in violation of this section, or if turned on to any such taps, shall be shut all until such tap is removed to some unexposed place on said premises; and no tap shall be placed in any yard or common area of any premises for Iny purpose unless another tap shall have been previously placed and be in use in the house situated upcn such prem- ises. If water shall be used from a tap placed in a yard or common area far any other purpose than that of sprinkling or irrigation, this Company will discontinue the supply of all water to the premises upon which said water is so used. This rule does nit apply to water supplied for building purposes on the premises. Notice shall be given forty-eight hours in advance for tapping the mains. D. C. BARNES, (oven) Manager.
