July 10, 2013 <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6637 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the city of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,169,057.64 for the period of June 22, 2013, through June 28, 2013. <br /> JOB COMPLETE — EVERETT MUNICIPAL COURT <br /> To accept the Everett Municipal Court as complete and authorize the <br /> Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Allied Construction <br /> Associates, Inc. in the amount of$6,784,659.98. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Murphy, Gipson, and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENTS — HOME OWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign HOME Agreements with <br /> Snohomish County, Parkview Services, and HomeSight for use of <br /> HOME funds from Snohomish County for the Homeownership <br /> Assistance Project in the amount of$381,204.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Murphy, Gipson, and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 190 <br />
