Notices stating the required <br />corrections were left on two seoarate occasions, at both <br />locations. fAr Robert Comer of your firm was also contacted <br />by phone by Inspector Yittnan of this department on December <br />19, 1975, in regards to these jobs. <br />The violations and required corrections are as follows: <br />9509 �;outh 4th Avenue <br />1. 'Phe duct work is not insulated as set forth in <br />Section 4619, Table 10-D. <br />4618 Se4hurst <br />1. Permit must be posted on the job. <br />2. B�anch duct joints are required to be secured <br />with screws. Section 1002. <br />3. Furna.^.e hanger anchors at bottom of joists are <br />pulling out.
