WASHINGTON <br />99201 <br />Dear Mr. Congdon: <br />• The building permits to construct foundations and upgrade for two moved houses <br />on these sites are void. <br />The checks written to cover the permit fees did not clear the bank. Several <br />attempts were made to have this situation corrected without success. <br />A STOP WORK ORDER is in effect on these sites in accordance with Section <br />202(d) of the Uniform Building Code.
