Ttus pemut wlll remain valid until 10/17/96. If work is begun <br />within that time period, the permit may be maintained in an active stacus by requesting <br />inspection at least once each 1R0 days to document progress. If work ceases for more <br />than 180 days, the pennit will expire; the Uniform Buildmg Code stipulates that no <br />permit shall be extended more than once.
