The City feels that your activities on 2he <br />City's righ4-of-W�ay were the sole cause for the break in the line and the dar,iages <br />resulting therefrom. In addition, when you applied to the City for a right-of-way <br />use permit, you agreed to hold and save the rity harmless from any and all claims <br />for damages and further, you agreed to repiace public property which is damaged as <br />a result ef your use of the City's right-of-way. <br />7tie City is willing to work with you to arrange a manner of payment which is <br />acceptable to you. We realize that the amount of damages involved here is a <br />considerable sum.
