No evidenc oi raw sewage at cat.ch basin in alley <br />behind 521� 4th _ Noticed some t.issue and bro�an <br />subst3nce. Attributed it tu ground seepage and earth <br />of thac color prevelant in that area. <br />2. Conducted dye test in catch basin behind 5206 3rd. S4ater <br />drained cn to lot of 5206 3rd. The pipe from this catch <br />basin ext:ends a distance into lot ti�er. ends. Some <br />drain pipe has been removed in the area where the buildings <br />are Ueinq relocater?. <br />3. !ae will try and work with the owner in correcting the <br />drainage on to the public right of way. <br />The owner has not shown the desire to cooperate with us or <br />to perform tne necessary work to complete his construction <br />pruject. Therefore, it mayLe sometime before corrective <br />work will be done. <br />
