As often is
the case, there is a misunderstanding about what is said and what is heard. In order
for the Public Works Department to agree to your building a duplex over the 24-inch
drain line on your property, you will ned to encase the pipe for its entire length
under the structure for a minimum thickness of 6 inches with a 6-sack mix from
haunch to haunch. Also, I should point out ihat the building foundation must be
blocked out so it does not lear on the encased drain line.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
HUGH WARREN, P.E.
Director of Public Works
_pjy-poF(cl ns
' Manager, Public Services
DD:is
cc: Ken Callahan
Clair Olivers
John Patzold
/
/
u / dgrt- as r agirsme!
