The hearing is scheduled for April 7, 1986 <br /> at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Due to health reasons I will be unable to attend the hearing, but I <br /> would like to present my views of the matter. <br /> Although a second story building located at 3116 Tulalip will not <br /> block a view froin my residence, I am concerned about the contrast of <br /> the structure with the other structures in the block and the precedent <br /> it would be setting. <br /> All the structures in our neighborhood are of heights compatible with <br /> one another and blend to a pleasin9 architectural neighborhood design. <br /> A two-story structure placed in the midst of this would put our <br /> neighborhood in a s:rur.tural frenzy. <br /> It the two-story structure is ailowed in our block, what is to prevent <br /> others from doing the same, thereby blocking the view that we now have <br /> of the water and beautiful sunsets and devaluating our property. <br /> I do not feel that the construction of a two-story structure would be <br /> in the best interests af our neirhborhood. <br /> Yours truly, <br /> ��� 1 % '� <br /> �.�,{� ��l�;�-�, <br /> Rachel Payne <br /> 3117 Tulalip <br /> Cverett lJA 98201 <br />
